Michaela has worked at Lincoln Smile Centre since August 2004.

Michaela Initially started her DSA career in 1984 as a dental nurse/receptionist at a practice in Lincoln, Michaela moved away in 1989 to Bedfordshire and undertook her DSA National exam at Eastman’s Dental Hospital and worked as a DSA for various dental practices in Bedfordshire and Nottinghamshire before eventually moving back to Lincoln and taking up the DSA position at Lincoln Smile Centre.

Michaela was offered the Practice Managers role at Lincoln Smile Centre and undertook the qualification at Sheffield Hallam University.

Michaela enjoys all the aspects of her job role within the practice. As she is now in her 41st year of dental care, this shows how much she loves and cares for her job and patients.

Outside of work, Michaela is married to David and has 2 daughters Lauren & Abigail.

Michaela’s interests include, running 10k’s; half marathons and full marathons while raising lots of funds & awareness for charities which are very close to her heart. Keeping fit at the local gym, shopping, socialising with friends and enjoys lovely holidays with her family.
